Losing and Finding My Voice as a Chiarian.
The video below is of me singing Jackie DeShannon's What the World Needs Now is Love. It is a tribute to my fellow Chiarians, who have lost their voices and other elements which make up their senses of self. My voice is better than it was two years ago, but not where I would like it to be. All I can do is keep singing and be kind to myself by remembering that my voice has been hijacked by a condition I was born with. I hope you enjoy this video, and that my friends with Chiari malformation who have lost their voices slowly and gently find their voices again.
